Yoga is all about balance. It is a medium, a tool, an ultimate guideline for living a healthy and flourishing life. Yoga teaches us to create space with finite structure. Following each inhalation and exhalation, we move with the rhythm of breath and flow freely. Yoga is an adhesive not only for oneself but also for the society. I am here to walk alongside you. No matter what type of yoga, as long as the process can bring you joy, fun, inspiration, restoration and refreshment, it is the right type for you. Guiding yoga in multiple formats, I teaches yoga and co-creates unique experience for each individual. Yoga to me is a therapeutic tool to holistic well-being.
